Lithium battery rapid temperature change test chamber is a kind of test equipment for rapid temperature change of lithium battery and its related products. The equipment can quickly change the ambient temperature from low to high or from high to low, and can control the rate of temperature change and holding time. This can simulate the working environment of lithium battery under different temperature conditions to assess its performance, reliability and safety.
1.Lithium battery rapid temperature change test chamber is widely used in the fields of lithium battery R&D, production and quality control, etc. It is used to assess the performance, safety and reliability of lithium battery in different temperature environments. It can help manufacturers to verify the product design and manufacturing process, and provide reference data for product improvement and optimisation. Meanwhile, it can also be used for standard testing and certification to ensure that lithium battery products meet the requirements of international and industry standards.
2.Main functions: used for testing battery modules, battery packs, battery components and complete battery stress screening test. Implementation of GB/T2423.4 test Dd test method, lithium-ion battery packs or systems placed in (-40 ± 2) ℃ ~ (85 ± 2) ℃ of the alternating temperature environment, the conversion time of the two extreme temperatures within 30min. The test object is kept in each extreme temperature environment for 8h and cycled 5 times.
