Battery Simulated high altitude environment test chamber/Altitude & Space Simulation Test Chambers

1. Equipment introduction: The simulated high-altitude low-pressure test chamber is mainly used to simulate low-pressure pressure tests in plateau environments. As the altitude increases, the air becomes thinner and thinner, and the pressure will also decrease with the increase in altitude. The atmospheric pressure in normal environment is 101.3KPa 2. Testing requirements: Battery low-voltage (high-altitude) simulation test places all tested samples in a low-pressure box of 11.6KPa (1.68psi) for testing. The final test result requires that the battery cannot explode or catch fire. In addition, the battery must not smoke or leak. The battery protection valve cannot be destroyed. How to use the battery high-altitude and low-voltage test chamber: 1. First, place the battery high-altitude and low-voltage test box on a stable ground to ensure that the box is in a horizontal state. 2. Turn on the power, press the power switch, and wait until the power indicator light comes on before you can start using it. 3. Put the battery to be tested into the box, pay attention to connect the positive and negative poles correctly, and then close the box door. 4. Set test parameters, including high voltage, low voltage, test time, etc. Can be adjusted as needed. 5. Press the start test button, and the test instrument will start high-altitude and low-voltage testing. 6. After the test is completed, the test instrument will automatically stop. At this time, you can open the door and take out the tested battery. 7. Record the test results, including battery high voltage, low voltage, test time and other parameters, for subsequent analysis and processing. 8. Turn off the power switch, unplug the power plug, and clean and maintain the test instrument to ensure its long-term and reliable use.
